Shipping & Returns

How and When We Ship
We know that when the craving for Olio & Spices hits - we need to Serve the People! With our standard delivery service, we ship within 24 hours from receipt of your order (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders arrive within 7 business days to most locations. Under normal conditions orders placed after 3:30 p.m. Friday, Eastern Time will ship the following Monday.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to-address and are based on the total weight
of your order accurding to UPS shipment of your choice.

Shipping options to Alaska and Hawaii are determined by delivery area. Therefore, total shipping charges for these states are estimates. Customer Service will contact you via e-mail to inform you of actual costs and delivery times for these areas. Your credit card charge will be adjusted to reflect actual costs. For planning purposes, we add 3 additional days for standard delivery to Alaska & Hawaii, for Express Delivery to Hawaii, add one additional day.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, but reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given at time of purchase.

Cancellations & Changes
Credit or replacements will be issued for damaged or missing goods reported within seven days of receiving delivery. UPS reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to issuing a claim; please hold damaged goods for 48 hours.

If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours. We can not cancel or change shipped orders.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Any extra charges by a shipper due to insufficient, or incorrect, delivery information will be charged to your credit card upon receipt. (e.g. no suite number, wrong zip code, recipient has moved to a new address, etc.). Please check your email and call us or email us with any changes. Once an order is shipped, we can not make changes. The UPS address correction charge for ground service is $5.00. The correction charge for next day, 2nd day or 3 day select is $10.00.
