Ingredients:
Bean sprouts
Mixed leafy greens
Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Finely sliced radish
Red and yellow bell peppers
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
Salt & Pepper Blend
Lemon & Mint Chili sauce
Olive oil
Fresh mint leaves, picked and torn
Summer Mix Blend - optional
What to
do:
Finely slice the vegetables and put in a large bowl. Add the mixed greens and toss together. In another bowl, add 1/2 cup Lemon & Mint Chili sauce, the squeezed lemon juice, olive oil and some Salt & Pepper Blend and mix it. Pour the sauce on top of the salad. Spread fresh lemon zest and mint leaves on top and serve.
Upgrade: Roast Summer Mix Blend for
2 minutes in a pan and sprinkle on top of the salad.
